Each year, the Board of Trustees invite those served by the Waterloo Region District School Board (WRDSB) to contribute their thoughts and ideas. This feedback is used to develop our operating budget for the upcoming school year.

The following are invited to make a written submission and/or register to delegate at the Board Meeting on Wednesday, June 15, 2022.

  • Caregivers
  • Students

Anyone interested in participating in this process by making a written submission is asked to submit it to info@wrdsb.ca.

To Present Your Written Submission to Trustees

If you wish to present your written submission to the Board of Trustees:

  • Include “BUDGET DELEGATION” in the subject line of your email
  • Email your submission to info@wrdsb.ca
Deadline for written submissions or to register as a delegate: Monday, June 13, 2022 at 12:00 p.m.

Presentations will be made virtually to the Board of Trustees on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 7 p.m.
