Although the Chief Medical Officer of Health and Minister of Education have lifted mask restrictions, and as we continue to learn more about the impact of the Omicron variants, students and staff are encouraged to continue wearing masks if they feel more comfortable doing so, especially during the first two weeks after March Break.
As a community, we try to look after one another. Masks help to protect immunocompromised members of our school communities and people with complex medical needs. We also have many students under age 5 who are unable to be vaccinated.
That said there will be students and staff who choose not to wear masks, and we need to respect their choice.
Please help us to keep all students and staff safe as we return to school.
