The newest edition of Caring/Coping/Connecting focuses on how we can get unstuck when things get in our way. We all get stuck sometimes. Stuck wanting to keep doing something we enjoy. Stuck not wanting to do something we don’t feel like doing. Stuck in our thoughts. Stuck in big feelings.
You’ll also find a selection of community events and resources selected to help support the well-being of you and your children. There are events and resources available for everyone from children to adults from our partners at Carizon, KW Counselling, Woolwich Counselling, and YW Kitchener-Waterloo.
Don’t forget about upcoming community events, and the Lunch and Learn sessions hosted by the WRDSB Psychology Department on Wednesdays from 12:15 to 12:45 pm. Upcoming sessions focus on:
- March 23: Understanding and Managing Children’s Media Use
- March 30: Handling After-School Meltdowns
